Here the list of the things the service tech knows that need to be repaired on the KBA 104 to get it up, and in production.
1: communication from the color console to the press comes and go might be a wire. all boards have been check and are good/
2: air leaks at the unit#6 air bar
3: sensor at the feeder need some adjustment, press can’t pass the sheet through
4: 3 water motors need to be repaired
5: rollers need to be installed on units # 7-1 & 2
6: right side of the car walk railing needs to be completed
